Rob, the manager, was honest and caring about the customer, the car, and tried sincerely to help fix the problem. When my daughter came to the shop with her Toyota Avalon last year they replaced rotors and brake pads. Now, when I went for a tire rotation to a different shop, they said all rotors and pads needed to be exchanged. (it was only 10,000 miles)I called Rob, he said to stop by so he can check it.The next day my daughter and I went to see Rob. He showed us all the rotors and pads were still good. He was honest, professional and knowledgeable I would highly recommend this shop! Thank you Rob!
