I normally go to the forum drive location for an oil change but I took my truck to them for an inspection and once they told me what was wrong with my vehicle they were suppose to reach out to my warranty company to start a claim to get the service covered.... the new management there did absolutely NOTHING but give me the run around. I received more feedback from one of the crew members Jay whom I greatly appreciate!! I ended up picking up my vehicle and taking it to the actual dealership to get repaired. I would not recommend ever bringing your vehicle here to get it repaired!! Giving very much incompetent!!!
