My husband arrived today at 10:30 AM to have all four tires and a coolant hose replaced. It's now 5:53 PM, and they still have his car, even though they close at 6 PM. When we went to check on the situation, we found an employee smoking near the vehicle. I asked why they had the car for over seven hours, and he mentioned they received the wrong part and were busy with other vehicles. While that might be the case, it's unacceptable to keep someone's car for that long, especially while showing such a careless attitude.
