This review is about the local oil change service on North Gloster in Tupelo, Mississippi. I typically have a reasonably good experience there, but today's visit was frustrating and unsatisfactory. The primary issue was with the general manager, who I believe is named Matt, based on his uniform. He was neither friendly nor engaging during our interaction and failed to make eye contact. He abruptly opened my door when changing the oil sticker, which felt unprofessional. He also performed the oil change on my vehicle using a suction machine to extract the oil, a method I find unappealing. It seemed like he extracted very little oil, raising concerns about the thoroughness of the service. Additionally, he did not show me the dipstick after the oil change to confirm it was full, which has been standard practice by other employees. I'll need to check my oil soon, and if it's not full, I will definitely reach out to address this issue, as I expect to receive what I paid for. I am quite certain that I will not return for future oil changes and will instead consider other options in the area, such as a different service in Tupelo or a place recommended by my sister in Fulton, where they utilize a more traditional method to ensure all the oil drains out.
