I am normally very selective with leaving reviews, but I feel it would be a disservice to ignore my experience with Express Oil Change at the Westwood Loop location. Unfortunately, I purchased a used truck with a several hidden issues not disclosed by the seller nor showed up on the Carfax report. I have been to this location several times mostly for oil changes and always experienced great customer service.
My most recent experience has gone far and beyond my expectations of what true honesty and transparency is offered from all the technicians at Express Oil change. I want to personally acknowledge the service manage, Robert Mcclure for treating my issues as top priority and truly taking care of me throughout my frustrating experience. Robert handled my situation with true professionalism and not only ensured his team properly took care of my truck but also was very hands on with the repairs. He was very detailed and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the entire repair process. At no point did I feel I was pressured by sales gimmicks, up sales, or price gouging.
Actually, Robert truly extended his personal approach by providing me huge savings by not charging for costly parts or service charges which really relieved my financial burden.
In summary, Express Oil Change Westwood Loop has earned my trust and will continue to benefit from my return to the shop for any future maintenance or repair needs!
