I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service my son received at your location on Monday, March 2, 2026. He had an appointment for a wheel alignment on his 2008 Acura TSX, but the experience was unprofessional and deeply concerning.
Upon arrival, he was assisted by John and Brian. The following issues occurred during his visit:
Unwelcoming Attitude: When my son opted to wait for the vehicle, the staff appeared visibly bothered. They pointedly told him it would take two hours, seemingly hoping he would leave the car instead.
Arbitrary Pricing Increase: Despite being quoted $130 plus tax, John and Brian informed him that if the job took longer than two hours, the price would jump to $170. This felt like an intimidation tactic rather than a standard policy.
Ultimatum/Conditional Service: After placing the car on the ramp, they told my son the alignment could not be performed unless he purchased a new set of tires from you for $900. They refused to proceed with the scheduled service otherwise.
Distrusting this ultimatum, I advised my son to leave. He went immediately to Firestone, where they completed the alignment in under an hour without requiring new tires.
It appears that your staff either lacked the desire to perform the work or were attempting to pressure a young customer into an unnecessary high-ticket purchase. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
