I am extremely let down by the service I received. Although the courier contacted me and confirmed my doorbell number, no delivery attempt was made. The tracking status incorrectly showed 'delivery failed.' I was home all day, and no one rang my doorbell. When I tried to reach the courier again, there was no response. I also attempted to contact customer service, but after selecting the English option, no one answered, which added to my frustration. The company later stated the package would be delivered the next working day, but I shouldn't have to keep being available due to their errors. My time was wasted, and the incorrect status update is unacceptable. I hope they improve their delivery accuracy and customer service responsiveness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
