How can this company still be alive? Previously I had a package that was in the Express One office for two weeks waiting for someone to bring it from Pécs to a village in the neighbourhood. You cannot pick it up. (In that case it was medicine that we needed for our holiday. Today I saw that the package would be delivered. This time within Budapest it failed delivery due to capacity issues. They are making their problem my problem. You do not have any influence on who the store picks for sending packages so please, very please may the go bankrupt?. Is there not a consumer representer that can urge shops not to use this transporter. Transporter.. yeah.. they recieved the package... but not much after this.

Extremely disappointing courier service!

Extremely disappointing courier service! I reached out via email and phone, and received the same response each time: that the package is in my country. However, I confirmed it is not here and even contacted my local courier! Their replies were consistently unhelpful. They refused to check my tracking number to provide any clarity, insisting it wasn't possible and suggesting I contact my courier. Unbelievable!

Misleading delivery information and inflexible shipping options

They are not truthful about the delivery status and lack flexibility with shipping. If you have the option to choose a different shipping method, avoid this service at all costs! It's the worst experience!

Very Disappointed with the Service

I am extremely let down by the service I received. Although the courier contacted me and confirmed my doorbell number, no delivery attempt was made. The tracking status incorrectly showed 'delivery failed.' I was home all day, and no one rang my doorbell. When I tried to reach the courier again, there was no response. I also attempted to contact customer service, but after selecting the English option, no one answered, which added to my frustration. The company later stated the package would be delivered the next working day, but I shouldn't have to keep being available due to their errors. My time was wasted, and the incorrect status update is unacceptable. I hope they improve their delivery accuracy and customer service responsiveness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Terrible Experience

They are misleading about the delivery status and lack flexibility with shipping options. If you can choose any other shipping method, avoid this one at all costs! It's the worst situation possible!

Awful Service

Awful service! Do not use them! They provide the driver's phone number, but he never answers. Useless. They opt for the easiest excuse: 'address error.' Customer care is deceitful. It's a joke. Just forget it. They are the worst of all carriers.

Extremely Frustrated

I am incredibly frustrated with this service. They have never successfully delivered any orders to me. Each time, they claim I 'wasn't home'—which is completely false. I live in the city center with a functioning doorbell, but their drivers refuse to use it! The real issue? I don’t have a local mobile number, which they use as an excuse to not deliver my package. I’ve repeatedly offered my international number for contact via messaging, but they refuse. Instead, they mark the delivery as failed and return the package without any communication. It’s absurd that in this day and age, an international delivery service can't handle simple communication. The drivers are lazy, customer service is ineffective, and the entire experience is maddening. This service has ruined my online shopping experience. Expect continuous frustration and no accountability.

Avoid This Delivery Service!

Avoid this service! They tossed the package over the fence without notifying me, despite us being home, and both the intercom and my phone working. No notification was given, leading to water damage to my package, and no one can be reached for compensation. This has happened multiple times!

Frequent Issues with Deliveries

I run a store and frequently order from sites that use this service. It is by far one of the worst services I've encountered. There have been countless instances where shipments did not arrive on time. On multiple occasions, I received shipments only after several failed attempts. To make matters worse, they provide false information about delivery attempts. The provided contact number for delivery personnel is useless as they never answer. The tracking link is ineffective since deliveries often don’t arrive. Customer service is friendly, but my success in getting accurate information is limited. I do not recommend this delivery service and will inform my vendors about my dissatisfaction.
