Express One managed to fail at the most basic task: delivering a package.The delivery window was a ridiculous 08:00–18:00 (an entire workday), yet instead of delivering to a pickup location as instructed, they created a new delivery. The driver then received the package and marked it “undeliverable” within 5 minutes. Five. Minutes.No attempt to deliver. No contact. No explanation. Just instant failure and wasted time.This is not logistics, this is negligence. If you cannot follow simple delivery instructions or even attempt a delivery, you should not be operating as a courier service. Completely unreliable and a total waste of time. And this is not the first time!Avoid if you value your sanity!!!!Update: Back and forth on email and phone…., no help, no solution, they even claim they don’t have an address and phone number although both is stated in their own update email, lies and deflection - after asking when they plan to deliver, the answer was maybe today, maybe tomorrow. Unbelievable! Their Customer Service is going so far to use derogatory language!
