The worst service ever. Giving them even one star is too much. Dropped off my package at the neighbour's house without notifying either me or them. Lucky for me I have honest neighbours who brought me the package. I hope to never deal with them again.

Very disappointing delivery experience.

Very disappointing delivery experience.My package was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it never showed up. I am still waiting today, with no update or explanation. What makes it even more frustrating is that the tracking information shows the package stuck in the exact same location the whole time, without any movement.There is no communication, no delay notification, nothing. If you provide a delivery date, you should at least inform customers when you fail to meet it. This is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I expected much better service.

Absolutely Incompetence

Express One managed to fail at the most basic task: delivering a package.The delivery window was a ridiculous 08:00–18:00 (an entire workday), yet instead of delivering to a pickup location as instructed, they created a new delivery. The driver then received the package and marked it “undeliverable” within 5 minutes. Five. Minutes.No attempt to deliver. No contact. No explanation. Just instant failure and wasted time.This is not logistics, this is negligence. If you cannot follow simple delivery instructions or even attempt a delivery, you should not be operating as a courier service. Completely unreliable and a total waste of time. And this is not the first time!Avoid if you value your sanity!!!!Update: Back and forth on email and phone…., no help, no solution, they even claim they don’t have an address and phone number although both is stated in their own update email, lies and deflection - after asking when they plan to deliver, the answer was maybe today, maybe tomorrow. Unbelievable! Their Customer Service is going so far to use derogatory language!

They re-routed my parcel to a postbox without my approval. Now I have to drive into the city to pick it up. They are the courier, they should drive!! Lazy, incompetent

Avoid this delivery service

I'll make a point of asking sellers in the future whether the courier will be Express One and if it is, I'll not order at all.A delivery arrived to Slovenia 7 days ago and was handed over to the Slovenian branch of Express One.As I haven't received anything, despite paying some 10 euro for express delivery, I contacted them yesterday.I was informed the package was marked as delivered a week ago at 21:40, which is really funny in itself, but they promised that they'll check and get back to me.Nobody got back to me so I called again today and was told the package was left in the courtyard. Explained it wasn't and was promised the driver will be informed and presumably contact me. Didn't happen.No proof of delivery (photo of the package on doorstep) was provided and I have not received any SMS messages on the day of supposed delivery or later.I've requested refund from the seller. What a sham of a delivery service.

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever. Total disaster. I bought a product with paid shipping to my address and even though I was at home, they took it directly to Petrol store without my consent and illegally charged me additional shipping. At Petrol, the saleswoman was frustrated because a courier has left so many packages at once that she can’t reach the payment desk. Another day I'm waiting at home for a package with sensitive electronics and the courier takes it directly to the parcel locker at -5 degrees. A rating of 1 is too much. This company should be closed down.

People it all depends on where you buy the products.

People it all depends on where you bought stuff and how much you payed for the shiping. The package gets prepared by the vendor you buy from, and they are the ones responsible for bad packaging and mistakes in the documentation. Courier service is the easies one to blame because they handled your package last, and you blindly trust the vendor, not knowing the vendor misprinted the adress and your name.I am glad that we are still dealing with people, yes the package may be a bit shitty recived but remeber EXPRESS ONE is shipping only the cheap deals, dicoutned and bought from china. when i buy stuf from SILUX ( slovenian car parts dealer) I alwas get crispy packages and not even a scracth on the cardboard.

The worst delivery service

This is the worst delivery service in the country, they don't deliver packages to your home even though you wait for them all day, but they leave them at a random gas station so you have to drive there and pay extra to pick them up
