I must agree with all comments here; one worst costumer service ever! I contacted them because 3 of my packages were pending delivery and I did not receive any notification. They sent me to pick up at place and when I came there, it was not there.Long story short; costumer service was terribly rude, non helpful and in the end told me no to contact her anymore on her personal email (even if it was working email) and she did not even help me to solve delivery of those 3 packages :D
