This is the first time I am using meet and greet and I never use them again.Collection was fine without any issues, however delivery experience was awful.As my flight was cancelled, I had to come on the next plane which was 7 hours after the original.However, we informed the lady 24 hours before who had zero job knowledge and she told us there is no charge for this change.When I arrived and called for delivery, that’s when I got to speak to the manager, who said there was an additional cost. That’s fine, but my question is: when I’m in a hurry, they’re asking for payment why didn’t they charge us earlier when we gave the flight change update? It shows a lack of efficiency.Second thing: the condition of the car. On the back seat, muddy water had spilled and dried — which I can prove with evidence. When I said this to Sam, who calls himself the manager (I’m pretty sure he’s not capable of that role), he was very judgemental. He said because we were charged extra, we were deliberately complaining. He wasn’t even ready to listen to my complaint properly.I asked him for the complaints email and procedure and told him to send it ASAP but no response.If I’m not compensated for cleaning that mess inside, I will have to contact my bank.I don’t know where they parked super muddy and trashy I’ll let that go, but not the mess inside.Customer service: zero. Please don’t use them if you don’t want your mood spoiled as soon as you’re back in the country.
