Total shambles. Waited one hour at drop off after making call and 1.5 hours at pick up. This is not a proper parking company just a couple of cowboys trying to make money parking cars at their house a long way from the airport. Don’t use them under any circumstances

Booked as was much cheaper than others but following the poor service we received I would rather pay more.
Waited nearly half an hour for someone to pick up the car on drop off even though we called in plenty of time. Our return was even worse, we waited over an hour and made multiple phone calls. When the driver eventually arrived he informed us he had brought the car as soon as he had been contacted and it had only taken him 15mibs, which made me even more cross.
Very disappointed, wouldn't use again.
The drop off, was fine. However, on return we were told the car would be with us in 30 minutes which was annoying as the car was only 5 miles away. After many calls the car arrived at terminal 2 car park an hour after we called. We had a tracker in the car and it seemed to be parked in the Holiday Inn for 20 minutes. Finally the car arrived and the driver wouldn't explain why he was so long or why he was sitting at the Holiday Inn and just walked off.Do not use this company for your holiday parking.
I booked drop off 08:30, we called at 07:40 to say we would arrive 08:10, we called at 08:10 and were told driver would be with us in 10 minutes . We kept calling every 10 minutes told the same.Driver called us at 08:50 said he would be 10 minutes. We waited until 09:00 still not arrived so we booked alternative parking your driver finally called at 09:13 to say he had arrived. As we were going through passport control
Given 3 days notice that car will be collected, car wasnt ready.Call number on website ending in 454, but nobody answers - called about 10 times.Finally they call back and tell me they will send location of where car is but no message came.Tried to call back and usual nobody answers.Would give -1/5 if i could.Do not use these guys unless you hate yourself
I would give this company zero stars if i could. After a 13 hour flight we waited over 1 hour for the car to arrive. Another of their customers had been waiting over 2 hours. No one answers the phone and I could track my car so when I was receiving reassurances that it was on its way I knew I was being lied to. AVOID. Totally rubbish service
Shocking service, do not use. Despite phoning them 30 minutes before arriving at the airport to drop off, no one was there to meet us, we waited another 20 minutes for someone to turn up. Phoned a couple of times to get an update, told driver was on his way, next time, told he was at the airport and waiting for us!! Finally arrived and gave driver the key, no apology or mention of the delay. On return, service was even worse. Phoned after picking up luggage as instructed. Told it would be a 30 minute wait, no sign of the car after 30 minutes. Phoned them and was told driver on the way and he would phone when he was there, then they just put the phone down, no help what so ever. Very poor communication and clearly the car is stored much more that 30 minutes away from the airport. Driver didn’t phone us but we saw our car arrive in the car park. No apology from driver for lateness, no excuse, he just handed parking ticket and keys back. Will never use this company again. Compare parking should not be including this company as an option.
Do not book Parking with this company they tell you it is a 30 minute wait. It is Saturday, the 7th of February. I called them at 3:13. It is now 4.13 and they are still not here. I have chased twice terrible service. Liars. It was the same on arrival. I gave 30 minutes notice. I still had to wait at terminal five for 17 minutes. No apology shocking.
