Despicable. This is a total scam and these people need to be shut down. Anytime, but especially right now when people are challenged in so many ways, these terrible humans are preying on innocent people that are in need of Emotional Support Animals. I have tried to reach out to them with no avail. They make it so you cannot contest the credit card charge. Do NOT purchase anything from them. Find a reputable ESA site and pay a few extra dollars for kind, caring, compassionate people to help you.
