Absolutely the worst company ever!! They asked me to pay their "basic" fee for 1-pet. I did and bought their Gear too. The therapist was fake and did not exist, the documents were fake and my landlord or airline did not accept them. When I asked for my money back they said NO! The Gear is cheap and fell apart in the first week. BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THESE LOW -LIFE SCUMS!!!
