Do NOT use ExpressUnlock. This is a complete scam.I paid $79 to unlock my phone, and months later, my phone is STILL NOT unlocked. For the past three months, the status has been stuck at “99% - imminent unlocking.” 99% for THREE MONTHS?After taking my money, they completely stopped replying to my messages. No updates, no real support, nothing. And refunds? Forget it. They don’t give refunds, instead, they offer “store credit.” Store credit… for WHAT? Why would I want store credit for a service that doesn’t work? That’s not a solution, THAT’S A SCAM TACTIC.Also, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. They’re fake. They’re clearly written by the same people or accounts connected to them. Don’t take my word for it, do your own research and you’ll see.If you’ve already paid, report this to your bank or credit card company immediately and report the website to Google as a scam. There’s an option to do so, please use it! The more reports, the harder it will be for them to keep scamming people.Let’s stop them from taking advantage of more people. DO NOT USE EXPRESSUNLOCK.Also, why are you asking people to post their IMEI publicly? That is extremely unsafe and irresponsible. An IMEI is sensitive personal information and should NEVER be shared publicly. If “Charlotte” actually works there, she would only need the order number, for reference, mine is #12914812. That’s it. Nothing else should be required.
