My device does request an unlock code, and I have included photos as evidence. To make matters worse, I intended to unlock 17 devices since I operate a mobile phone shop. This experience has completely eroded my trust in the service. It seems this claim was made to justify not issuing a proper refund after they failed to unlock my device. Instead, the order was closed and a credit note was issued according to their terms.
