I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Express Unlocks. I initially paid £42.00 for a standard phone unlock, which was supposed to take three days. Not only did it take longer, but it ultimately failed. I then paid £133.00 for a two-week unlock service, with a promised delivery date of November 25th. That date has passed, and my phone remains locked. I am owed £14.99, £42.00 and £133.00.Customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel like I'm being ignored. I am now requesting a full refund and will be forced to take further action if I do not receive it promptly. I cannot recommend Express Unlocks based on my experience. Save your money and look elsewhere for phone unlocking services.
