It's a con! I paid £14.99 in good faith and all this company did was carry out some "eligibility checks". Once these were complete they asked me for a further £30.00 to receive my unlock code! This is not made clear at the start so I was not expecting it. I was about to request a refund but their refund policy states that they will not refund the cost of eligibility checks.My advice would be to only use these people if you don't mind paying £45.00 for a network unlock code!
