I ordered my unlock on the 26th of Aug 2025 and it was completed on the 8th of Sep 2025. I was a bit worried after the standard unlock failed and then I had to pay for premium. After being at 99% unlocked for a free days I escalated the issue and the support tech Anna got right in it. I appreciate all her help and updates.
