They dupe you in with a competitive price (although I don’t see how charging anything is reasonable) then halfway through the process they say that you have to pay an extra £30 to complete the process. It is probably somewhere in the small print, but it certainly is not a clear and open process.I got a very rapid response to my complaint, which only went to show that there is a stock response ready to go because they get so many complaints.Then even worse, now the process is started I can’t go elsewhere, if I want my phone unlocked I will have to stump up the cash!It’s the tactics of groomer or drug dealer, sucker you in then make it so you have to pay up, there’s no other option. Not the behaviour of a reputable firm, very poor.This is the the standard answer that I had previously. Just in case it wasn't clear, no, I don't think the additional £30 charge was clear before I signed up, it very much read as a one off £15 charge.
