horrible customer service and the company is basically a bunch of corporate scammers.i got a laptop from them and the chip was faulty from the factory. they refused to fix it and im finding that i have to deal with filing government reports on them and its taking over a month to fix the damn laptop. the employee at the service center even told me that the company tries to avoid replacing parts whenever they possibly can
