I place an order and selected express same day shipping but after paying I saw it was not there. Any more. I called immediately. EXTRA CUSTOMER SUPPORT. To. Request express shipping and pay the extra charge for it but the lady said I can't do that I have to wait for regular delivery 4 days or I can cancel Order. I asked her to change It and she said she can't do that, it was my myistake and all. I can do is To cancel order and re order and pay again and wait for my Money to be refunded 2 weeks for first order. I said I am happy. With that must be a better way, She said she will transfer me to Supervisor And she transfered me To a number with now one answer for 10 Minutes just ring to get rid of. Me.... Shame!
