Details":The technical problem we faced is that, the screen get blurred with noise after 50-60 minutes of working, so i called customer care they replied to visit the nearest Xtra, I visited at around 10kms from my workplace by sparing the time during morning hours, the customer care said please come after 4pm, so that you can find the technician.I visited again, at 4pm, then i manage to meet him at around 4.45 pm, then he replied that, nothing is wrong with this laptop!! just by visual inspection, i try to convenience him but he refused, then as a frustrated customer, asked the customer care team to take it back, they very easily said OK, no problem, but read the signage about the return items within 07 days... At last I received the refund with this 25% LOSS...Please buy from them after thinking many times.. "
