This company is a scam operation. They committed to arrive on the 22nd of October and failed to show up citing an “issue with a truck”.They committed again to show up today between 12-4 and called at 3pm saying they’re still 5 hrs away and can’t make it. I asked for a refund for my deposit as we needed to finish the move ourselves and they declined. Apparently they are brokers not real movers. Don’t get scammed like I did.In response to your explanation, your driver DID NOT SHOW. He called the next day admitting he was still hours away. You’re a scam.
