I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH KIM RAISING MY RENT $99 TO $364 JUST BECAUSE I WAS WEARING A DRESS, AND WITH TO DISPUTE THE INCREASE AND WISH TO HAVE RENT RESTORED TO A PREVIOUS AMOUNT. ON DEC 6, 2025, THE PRICE ONLINE FOR 15x 15 UNIT HAS ONLY GONE UP TO $181.00. THIS IS NOT BECAUSE OF KIM, WHO IS A SWINDLER. IN JAN 2022, KIM FOE SOME REASON TOOK AN INSTANT DISLIKING TO ME WHEN SHE FIRST MET ME IN PERSON TO SIGN THE LEASE. I DID NOT KNOW WHY. SHORTLY AFTER I BEGAN RENTING IN JAN, 2022, KIM WOULD ALMOST RUN TO ME AS SOON AS I PARKED MY CAR, OR WHEN I WAS DOING THINGS INSIDE MY UNIT TO SCOLD ME - WITH A TON OF FURY - FOR SEEMINGLY TRIVIAL THINGS TO TRY TO INTIMIDATE ME (SUCH AS RUNING OUT TO MY HUGE UHAUL TRUCK RENTALS THE FOUR TIMES I HAD JUAT DRIVEN ACROSS COUNTRY WITH BIG LOADS AND HAD JUST ARRIVED, AND KIM ORDERED ME TO PARK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT TO UNLOAD!MOVE MY THINGS INTO THE UNIT ALL BY MYSELF. NEVER ONE TIME SINCE JAN, 2022 HAS KIM EVER SCORNFULLY RUN TO THE MULTITUDE OF VEHICLES THE MULTITUDE OF TIMES OTHER RENTERS ALWAYS PARK THEIR VEHICLES IN FRONT OF THE DOUBLE DOORS TO DO THEIR LOADING AND UNLOADING INTO THE BUILDING, ALLOWING THEM THEIR DIGNITY. NOR DID I EVER WITNESS KIM SCORNFULLY YELLING AT OTHER RENTERS ORDEEING THEM TO PARK ACROSS THE LOT TO MOVE THEIR BELONGINGS INTO THE BUILDING LIKE SHE SCOLDED AND YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF MANY OTHER RENTERS TO CAUSE UNDESERVED HUMILIATION AND EMBARRASSMENT. I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH KIM'S RECENT RENT INCREASE ON NOV 17 (THE DATE LISTED ON THE NOTICE) AND FAIL TO SEE THE REASON WHY KIM NEEDED TO RAISE THE RENT AT ALL - ESPECIALLY SINCE KIM HAD JUST RAISED RENT IN MARCH, 2025 AND NOVEMBER 2024. AND ALL THE OTHER PREVIOUS TIMES SINCE 2022. TO WIT: NOV 17 (THE DATE OF THE NOTICE) I HAPPENED TO BE WEARING A DRESS BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO LOOK NICE THAT DAY FOR SOME OTHER PURPOSE; IN MARCH, 2025 - THE DATE OF THE NOTICE THAT CORRESPONDS WITH THE DAY I WAS THERE: I HAPPENED TO BE WEARING A DRESS; THREE MONTHS BEFORE THAT, KIM RAISED THE RENT $10 FOR MISDELIVERED MAIL AT THE USPO THAT GOT RETURNED; BEFORE THAT KIM DIDNT RAISE RENT FOR 1-1/2 YEARS BECAUSE SHE GOT REPORTED FOR BEING SO AWFUL AND DECIDED TO BE MORE PLEASANT AND PRESSURE ME INTO WRITING EXCELLENT REVIEWS FOR HER. N MAY, 2023, KIM RAISED RENT WHEN I COULDNT ACCESS THE PROPERTY AT 7:00 PM BECAUSE OF A POWER OUTAGE, AND CALLED THE NIGHT MGR TO LET ME IN BECAUSE I HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN THE NEXT DAY. THEY MADE ME WAIT ALL NIGHT UNTIL CLOSING AND, THEY WERE OF NO HELP. IN ADDITION TO FAILING TO FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATION TO ALLOW ME ACCESS AS I NEEDED, KIM RAISED THE RENT!!! FOUR MONTHS BEFORE THAT IN JANUARY 2023, KIM RAISED THE RENT WHEN I TOLD HER HOW COLD IT WAS IN THE UNIT, AND ASKED IF SHE COLLD (PLEASE) CHECK THE FURNACE. NOW, DEC 6, 2025, THE UNIT IS JUST HOVERING ABOVE 55 DEGREES AND IT IS FREEZING INSIDE THE UNITEXTREMELY HOT DURING SUMMERS PAST - BUT FORGET KIM!!! KIM WILL ONLY KEEP THE TEMPERATURE WITHIN 1 - 2 DEGREES OF BEING LEGAL. FORGET REPKRTING EXTRA COLD TPS IN UNIT TODAY TO KIM'S ESPECIALLY SINCE KIM SO BRAZENLY RAISED THE RENT ALL THE TIMES I DISCLOSED TO KIM THE TRAGEDY/FINANCIAL WOES THAT CAUSED A MOVE BACK TO ABQ FROM MORE THAN HALFWAY ACROSS THE USA BACK; AND HAVING WORN A DRESS SEEMED TO DISTURB KIM. KIM HASNT CHANGED MUCH FROM THE DAYS WHEN KIM WALKED AROUND CARRYING A SAIHAI BATON OR BAYONET AT ALLIED POW CAMPS DURING WORLD WAR III, WHERE KIM GLEEFULLY AND GLADLY COMMITTED ATROCITIES, SPILLING THE BLOOD OF AMERICAN, AUSTRALIAN, BRITISH, AND DUTCH SERVICEMEN. OTHER THAN BEING FEMALE & BEING OF THE OLD 1970s HIPPIE CHICK ABQ MENTALITY AS SOMEONE WHO HATES GIRLS/WOMEN WEARING DRESSES WHEN THEY TRY TO LOOK NICE FOR SOME REASON, KIM IS STILL THE SAME PERSON KIM WAS COMMITTING ATROCITIES (AND THE SAME HEIGHT).
