I tried online and found they want to charge me for a lock I already had and I didn’t need any insurance as I already had insurance. I had called several times and never got anyone so I went to one of their locations and tried again to find someone to help. I left that day without a storage unit. I called again the next day and got a woman who said I needed to be there in person to complete the application. So I went to the facility on Manning Rd in Enfield CT. No one was there. I walked the entire facility. I did find a very unhappy man there who also was having a difficult time finding the manager. So I went to their facility on South st in Enfield CT and dealt with a woman who said the price changed and was now triple what I was quoted. This is not a place I would trust to take care of my belongings. No sir. Not trust worthy, not professional, and difficult to get hold of at the facility and on the phone. They did me a favor in the long run as I don’t need any more frustration trying to work with them
