Their website promised delivery within 5 working days, but I only received an order confirmation, no tracking number, no shipping update, nothing.I called their customer service four times, and each time I received vague, unhelpful answers with no real information. Then, on 5 December, I received an email saying I would get information about my order in 2–4 days and saying no refund chance after this day—still no progress, no shipment, and no clarity.I requested a refund, but they refused.
