I ordered a DDR4 32GB RAM and they told me i would get a track and trace in 2-4 days. I got nothing and waited for a month and they told me that they lost the package and will refund my money. The ram i bought was €119 at that time and when they “lost my package” it was worth €300. They saw the price going up and just canceled what i ordered months ago. now they can sell it for more. Scammers. this happened to all my friends who ordered the same product.
If I’d be able to give 0 stars, I would! I ordered on the 2nd of December (paid of course!) and waited for a week to receive any confirmation whatsoever. After not receiving anything. I wrote several emails and contacted via phone (but exxpo.nl doesn’t have a phone number themselves but it’s going over another company (tv outlet)) after finally receiving an email back that it will get delivered within 2-4 workdays I again didn’t heard anything or received a tracking link or update. After again going behind the status of my order I again received the same note if it being delivered within 2-4 workdays. Now we’re having the 23rd of December and after AGAIN!! Needing to ask for any update or tracking link I receive an email that it’s not available anymore and the offered an “alternative” which was not even anywhere near any alternative that would suit what I bought. I ordered 32gb ram with CL36 and the “alternative” they offered me (for the same price!!) 16gb CL46. And after checking their website they have the same product I bought for 3x the price. I get you can make money with RAM these days but hell.. being a decent human being seems to be out of the question as well. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed and tbh very angry!
I have ordered a Bosch hob, and as yet have not received it. I have been told weekly it will come within 2-4 working days. I have asked for a refund but unfortunately I paid through my bank so am unable to force this! I wish I had used my credit card! I was also told two weeks ago that it was coming, but no shipment information so far!
I ordered Kingston Fury beast Ram DDR5 , i got the confirmation of the order , then i got an email from them ( in they email they said i will get the traking number in 2-4 days) , that didnt happened. So i will report them to ACM and i will fill a report to the police for fraud , i totally dont recommend them (is some kind of scam)

Still nothing received after weeks – feels unreliableI placed an order with Exxpo on 28 November 2025 for Kingston fury beast 32GB 6000MT/s DDR5 and to this day I have not received anything.After payment, I only received a purchase confirmation. I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, and despite waiting for a very long time, the order has still not arrived.I contacted customer support to ask about the status, but so far this situation has not been resolved. At this point, I genuinely wonder whether I will ever receive my order, as there has been no delivery and no clear communication.This experience feels unprofessional and unreliable, especially after full payment. I would not recommend ordering here At all.
On 28 November, I ordered a Kingston FURY Beast 32GB 6000MT/s DDR5 CL36 DIMM for €178 (with a 10% iDeal discount). Their website promised delivery within 5 working days, but I only received an order confirmation, no tracking number, no shipping update, nothing.I called their customer service four times, and each time I received vague, unhelpful answers with no real information. Then, on 5 December, I received an email saying I would get information about my order in 2–4 days and saying no refund chance after this day—still no progress, no shipment, and no clarity.I requested a refund, but they refused. At this point, I have filed a police report and opened a legal case.
