TERRIBLE customer service. Went back and forth forever b/c they sent a pair of glasses to me via UPS that never arrived. Contacted UPS and was told that the company has to be the one to reach out to them to submit a claim. They refused to do it and told me I should have purchased shipping insurance. I have never had this issue with a company ever and order online from various companies often. So turned off by them. I was planning on ordering more glasses (not the best quality, but fine if you just want an extra pair to change up your look) but will never be ordering with them again. I totally understand that packages occasionally go missing but their complete refusal to help out and do their part with UPS was mind blowing. They also tacked on a 2-day shipping fee that I never clicked on or requested. And of course that fee was for the glasses that never arrived. Such a rip off.
