I’ve never taken the time to write a bad review before but my god this was such an awful experience! I used apple pay for my purchase, and it automatically sent it to my old address. That was on me, but talking to the customer service was so useless.
I called, was directed to an email, and sent two emails asking them to either cancel the order or change the shipping address. No response.
I got a notification saying the package was shipped, and then delivered. I went to my old house and asked the new residents if my package was there (so awkward and embarrassing) and IT WASN’T EVEN THERE! I have nothing to return to even get a refund.
I have no idea what this trustpilot website is (you can’t even leave a review on the eyebuydirect website which should’ve been a red flag to begin with) so I’m probably just talking into the void, but I’m so annoyed!
