This company cannot deliver anything on time. Every order is at least a week late. I'm forced to use due to m insurance company but don't depend on their delivery dates.
When my tracking number showed the purchase arriving at least a week late, I contacted the Eyeconic.
They told me the reason for the delay was I had chosen Ground Shipping and the prescription had to be verified.
That was pure bunk because the prescription was on file and already verified. Further, the delivery date was based on Ground Shipping!
Eyeconic has all the makings of a shady company. I'll pay out of pocket next time and drop this dubious vendor.
