I ordered my lashes on Feb 6th, now March 1st, nothing received. Track € trace states it ‘s in parcel shop since Feb 20th. Where? Which one? I sent emails, they reply it’ll arrive asap.
Besides, if I’d known it’s Chinese, I’d never have ordered. I only realised it when checking track&trace. It is not an honest company!
Everything is very streamlined and simple. The virtual try-on is great, but obviously nothing beats in person. My glasses ended up being way narrower and thick-rimmed than I like, but the website and ordering was still fantastic. Very easy to get your insurance in there and get shopping. Good stuff.
Overall, a positive experience. I must say that trying on glasses virtually is quite challenging for making a decision, but I am very pleased with the ones I selected. I'm currently getting used to my new prescriptions and hoping no adjustments will be necessary. Everything has been going well so far.
The ordering process was straightforward, and there was a nice variety of frames available at fair prices. I did find the turnaround time to be slightly longer than other online options I've used, but still acceptable.
I was happy with the experience. It was easy and I received the glasses quickly. I wish there was a better way to know the size of the glasses. I have a large head and would like to shop larger glasses. I took a chance on the glasses I ordered. Maybe the customer could order 3 different frames for a try on and then send the frames back. I will order from Eyeconic again. I might research the frames differently.
I have vsp insurance. Eyeconic gives you post insurance cost easy. You need to capture your PDD measurement. The glasses I purchased were an excellent price. Nice dragon frames with thinner index, progressive, and the glare/ scratch resistant coating.I am meticulous about my glasses. I clean them gingerly. The lenses always smudge after cleaning . After about six months I noticed many superficial small cracks develop. At 11 months I tried to honor my warranty. I took pictures; it's impossible with a pixel 10 pro to demonstrate these scratches and spider like patterns. When I paid for the most expensive lense with scratch resistant coating I expected better. I will not repeat nor recommend this company. I have worn glasses for 40ish years. I think I have not experienced this before.
Good selection of glasses. Ease of virtual try on. Glasses matched online picture/virtual try on. Complementary fitting at an office. Was able to use insurance. Lower pricing was a nice surprise and was able to find the perfect pair that cost less than $200, which was a blessing. Will definitely come back for the next pair!
