I have vsp insurance. Eyeconic gives you post insurance cost easy. You need to capture your PDD measurement. The glasses I purchased were an excellent price. Nice dragon frames with thinner index, progressive, and the glare/ scratch resistant coating.I am meticulous about my glasses. I clean them gingerly. The lenses always smudge after cleaning . After about six months I noticed many superficial small cracks develop. At 11 months I tried to honor my warranty. I took pictures; it's impossible with a pixel 10 pro to demonstrate these scratches and spider like patterns. When I paid for the most expensive lense with scratch resistant coating I expected better. I will not repeat nor recommend this company. I have worn glasses for 40ish years. I think I have not experienced this before.
