So much to cover here, I will try to keep it short and to the point. It is a 2hr drive each way to my nearest location. I scheduled an appointment and at my appointment I was explained what I needed in a new pair of glasses and new lenses for my old pair. I received two separate text messages stating "your glasses (1 of 2) are ready to be picked up." and then "your glasses (2 of 2) are ready to be picked up." I drove 2hrs Saturday to pick up and when I got there they had the new frames with lenses ready. The replacement lenses were not going to be ready until Tuesday! The manager told me I couldn't have received that text because they are not ready. I showed her the text and she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know what to say, we can't have them ready if we don't have your old frame." I told her that I asked the lady that sold me the replacement lenses if I needed to leave mine and she said no. I put the new frames with lenses on and my vision was worse! I asked her if that should happen. She told me "It will take a few weeks to get used to them." I questioned this and got several answers that made no sense. It only got worse from here!!!
