I visited the store to have my elderly mother's glasses adjusted, and although it was busy, I hoped to get her help quickly since she was tired. When I approached the counter to ask if they could assist us next, a woman, whom I believe is named Amy, rudely told me to wait my turn and that there are no exceptions. I was taken aback by her attitude; it was the most disrespectful behavior I have ever experienced in customer service. After leaving, she mockingly said goodbye, which prompted me to contact my attorney. I will ensure that this situation is addressed appropriately, as I believe this individual should not be working in customer service. I cannot recommend this store while she remains employed there.
