I was at my wits end with dry itchy eyes, constantly on my mind, and the irresistible rubbing only made it worse. My optometrist prescribed many different drops and I used warm wet cloths, which didn't stay warm for long. The only thing that worked was steroid drops which could cause harm long term. I was finally prescribed immunosuppressive drops which cost $240/month and would take months to work. I knew I had to do something else so I tried an Eyemos mask and lid wipes. Within days I felt relief and no longer use drops. The mask is comfortable, the temperature control and the automatic timer is such a convenience. Thank you Eyemos.
Love the longer cord so I can lay on couch while using the mask. Would give it 5 stars if it came with the 5 volt adapter which allows the 55 temp. To me it makes a BIG difference. Works great and is comfortable to use.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my eye mask! I struggle with extremely dry eyes, particularly after cataract surgery. The combination of wet heat and different vibration settings provides me with wonderful relief. It's also a great aid for falling asleep on many nights. It's incredibly relaxing and soothing. A friend recommended this eye mask to me, and I’m so grateful she did. I've just ordered another one as a backup or to use in another room. This is truly an excellent product. Have the eye mask and the eye wipes. Had a shipping issue that was resolved quickly and kindly. The eye mask provides soothing heat and massage to release blocked lipids to keep moisture on my eyes. The eye wipes clean and cool my eyelids and reduce the redness of rosacea. Think using each night will reduce allergy symptoms too. Have used other eye masks and hot wet towels for many years. This mask plugs into my couch and the ease of use encourages daily treatments. Highly recommend the products and the company.
Excellent product, which my ophthalmologist also endorses. Dianne responded to my query immediately when I was unable to get the max temperature on the mask. A different adapter was the easy solution. Customer service is prompt, personal, and helpful. I've just ordered the dry eye wipes as well.
The mask was not operating as expected on arrival. I immediately emailed EYEMOS and their response was quick and helpful. My adapter was not powerful enough, as soon as I used an adapter following the instructions the mask heated and is very effective.Great customer service! I look forward to seeing if the mask alleviates my dry eyes.
