Received product Dec 27th and ordered two with a special offer totalling $84.00. What was I to lose as it offered a no risk trial for 30 days. The mask would not reach my eyelids to use and I contacted them on Jan 9th, Jan 10th, Jan 14th, and on Jan 15th they said they would help me with the return but needed a photo. As I was away, I could not send the photo until Feb 12th. Now they are saying to try wearing the mask backwards or they can only offer me 30% back. What a SCAM! Don't waste your time as they are not standing behind what they advertise.
