DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordered 3 frames on September 19, 2022. When I received them they did not fit so I contacted the company to request a refund. They tried getting me to keep the frames (which did not fit?????) and after a discussion, they approved a refund request. I returned the frames promptly, according to their directions On October 4th (the day after I received them). I sent 2 emails to inquire about my refund but they were unanswered., So I called them. They told me I should received my refund in the next day or so which would have been October 24/25th) As of today November 7th, I have not been given my refund. THIS is why I don't shop for these things online! You don't know what your getting, they try to get you to keep something you don't want and can't use, and then you have to chase companies for your refund. Madding & Ridiculous! STAY AWAY, this company sucks!UPDATE: I called again week of Nov 13 (cant remember exact date) and was told refund was being processed....nope! Started an online chat November 23rd and was told the refund was processed..... Nope! I asked when was it processed? And then I was ghosted! I called again today (December 2nd) And was told AGAIN refund was processed... TODAY but was expedited by a manager...... we shall see!
