I purchased safety glasses on May 11, 2022. I used them twice and they did not fit properly. I shipped the safety glasses, and they received them on JULY 2, 2022. After receiving the product, I received an email stating,"They received the glasses and it will have to go through a scanning process."I waited patiently, and they failed to provide a refund, someone else, said "Refund was already processed. They said it was processed on July 28, 2022. And I spoke to them on August 2, 2022.According to their website, "Once we receive your delivery confirmation number, you will either receive a refund within 3-5 business days or be sent a replacement."They have consistently disappointed me even though I did my part by returning their product. The employee assured me that they emailed their supervisor, but I did not hear back from the supervisor. I received my refund on August 20, 2022. It was a long process. Their refund policy is not what it seems, something to keep in mind.More specifically, "Once we receive your delivery confirmation number, you will either receive a refund within 3-5 business days or be sent a replacement." *Note*It took 38 days to receive a refund. Be careful about Eyewearcanda.com. I'm thankful for the refund; however, this was not a smooth process. In summary,-Return was full of hassles.-3-5 business days to receive a refund was not true. It took 38 days.-Customer service needs to be more responsive in providing a refund and not leaving the customer in doubt.
