Joshua Clayton I paid for the TeleMed online portal visit, which went fairly well. Everything worked out like I wanted it to until it comes time to getting meds. I guess prescription was never sent to the pharmacy by the provider so I waited. I used the portal and wrote all channels necessary needed to get this resolved And nothing has come about yet. I don’t understand why I’m still waiting on the provider to send meds and I don’t know why that the teleporter the company that I used doesn’t have better communication with their doctors and providers, but obviously they don’t so far. This has been a waste of my time and my money that let’s be real. None of us have to be throwing out the window. I’m still going through the proper channels to try to get this resolved as of now nothing good has come about my resolution would be to get my meds sent to my pharmacy so that I can get the meds that I need to do my daily rituals job and task at hand.
