I placed two separate orders for the same contacts, but the company mixed up the order numbers. One order was for one box for each eye, totaling two boxes, while the other was for three boxes for each eye, totaling six boxes. I received the two boxes, but both orders show as delivered under the wrong order number. I'm currently out nearly $300 with no resolution in sight. I attempted to resolve the issue through their chat and provided photos as evidence. They mentioned they would escalate my report to management and promised a quick response, but I haven't heard back. Since they close at 1 PM on Fridays, I now have to wait until Monday to see if I get a reply. I've disputed the charge with my bank, hoping it will be resolved in my favor.
