Please see the attached screenshot for the primary member's available benefits. Once you have ordered your product(s), be sure to confirm you want to use your benefits by emailing me your order number so that I can file a claim with your insurance for reimbursement." Bait and switch. No rebate/refund and it took weeks to get my contacts. I learned the hard way!
The customer service is ridiculous. They take forever to answer, then really dont even help with your issue. They offer 2 day shipping for 20 dollars. They took my money, but no attempt to send them in 2 days. They refuse to acknowledge this had happened at all.
I tried to cancel my order and they could not get a person on the phone after calling twice and waiting on hold for more than 30 mins each time woth no answer. They didn't email me back till right after they sent an email saying it finally shipped. That is the reason I cannot cancel my order. Awfully convenient I'd say.
Go with any other contact service. This place is horrible.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses, they were made for children. I am very petite and have small bones.After reading the reviews I thought that I would try them, they are okay, however the case is huge and is made for a toddler, I also ordered tear wipes and got a mask instead. I emailed and have not received a reply.

While the scratches do not impair her vision, they were present when the product arrived and should not have been sent in that condition. I contacted the support team to request a replacement lens and shared pictures, but I was told I needed to return the entire pair in the original packaging along with all paperwork. I find this policy quite disappointing, especially since the issue stemmed from a defect in the product. It feels unreasonable to require us to inconvenience my wife by taking back glasses she is currently using, repackaging everything, and making a trip to send them back for a mistake we did not cause. Consequently, we have opted to keep the glasses despite the scratches. However, this experience has negatively impacted my view of the company, and I would hesitate to recommend this service to others. I urge you to reconsider your return and replacement policy. If you decide to replace the scratched lens without needing the full return, I would be willing to reevaluate my opinion and update my review.
I placed an order and, unfortunately, my package went missing. A claim was opened on December 4, and I was asked to sign an affidavit from a third party, which I completed on December 9, with the promise of updates to follow.
Since then, there has been total silence. I've sent several follow-up emails on December 12 and December 15, but haven't received any response. It's been over 10 days since their last communication, and my claim has seen no progress, despite my full cooperation. I'm quite disappointed and am considering a chargeback if things don't change soon. Update: The company requested that I remove my review, claiming I shared personal information about their support staff (a name). I have removed that detail, but I will not take down the review itself. This company is truly disappointing. Naturally, after posting this review, no one reached out to me. I believe this company is not trustworthy, and I highly recommend steering clear of it.
I ordered a frame from a seller. The shipping was relatively quick. However, the package arrived without any warranty or authenticity card. I reached out to their customer service and opened a case, hoping for a resolution. After several attempts to follow up through emails and phone calls, the representative seemed unaware of my case. It appears that no warranty card was ever sent, leading me to believe that the frame may not be genuine. Now, I'm facing difficulties in returning this product.
I placed two separate orders for the same contacts, but the company mixed up the order numbers. One order was for one box for each eye, totaling two boxes, while the other was for three boxes for each eye, totaling six boxes. I received the two boxes, but both orders show as delivered under the wrong order number. I'm currently out nearly $300 with no resolution in sight. Since they close at 1 PM on Fridays, I now have to wait until Monday to see if I get a reply. I've disputed the charge with my bank, hoping it will be resolved in my favor.
