I placed an order and, unfortunately, my package went missing. A claim was opened on December 4, and I was asked to sign an affidavit from a third party, which I completed on December 9, with the promise of updates to follow.
Since then, there has been total silence. I've sent several follow-up emails on December 12 and December 15, but haven't received any response. It's been over 10 days since their last communication, and my claim has seen no progress, despite my full cooperation. I'm quite disappointed and am considering a chargeback if things don't change soon. Update: The company requested that I remove my review, claiming I shared personal information about their support staff (a name). I have removed that detail, but I will not take down the review itself. This company is truly disappointing. Naturally, after posting this review, no one reached out to me. I believe this company is not trustworthy, and I highly recommend steering clear of it.
