I am reaching out regarding my recent order. The prescription sunglasses I received had noticeable scratches on the left lens. These were intended as a Christmas present for my wife. While the scratches do not impair her vision, they were present when the product arrived and should not have been sent in that condition. I contacted the support team to request a replacement lens and shared pictures, but I was told I needed to return the entire pair in the original packaging along with all paperwork. I find this policy quite disappointing, especially since the issue stemmed from a defect in the product. It feels unreasonable to require us to inconvenience my wife by taking back glasses she is currently using, repackaging everything, and making a trip to send them back for a mistake we did not cause. Consequently, we have opted to keep the glasses despite the scratches. However, this experience has negatively impacted my view of the company, and I would hesitate to recommend this service to others. I urge you to reconsider your return and replacement policy. If you decide to replace the scratched lens without needing the full return, I would be willing to reevaluate my opinion and update my review.
