The customer service is ridiculous. They take forever to answer, then really dont even help with your issue. They offer 2 day shipping for 20 dollars. They took my money, but no attempt to send them in 2 days. They refuse to acknowledge this had happened at all.
I tried to cancel my order and they could not get a person on the phone after calling twice and waiting on hold for more than 30 mins each time woth no answer. They didn't email me back till right after they sent an email saying it finally shipped. That is the reason I cannot cancel my order. Awfully convenient I'd say.
