Had an awful experience with the company and the customer team, especially Karen (assuming she provided the correct name) was utterly disappointed. Screaming and not allowing to speak.We booked a car through discovercars which used Ez. Unfortunately, the car was not provided. We have tried to contact Ez, but the voice message says the working hours are 8:00am so we waited out side in the parking lot till 6 am, no car was provided. Therefore, we headed back to Luton and rented a car from another company.In the morning I called them again and the lady other the phone said that she needs to check with Luton, follow that she said that the car unfortunately was not assigned to us and that we should receive a refund.Now, discovercar is saying that the car was there and that according to the policy we cannot get the refund.As well, they have received a false statement that EZ car called us at the time and we have not answered until later in the day. Well, there is no call history of you trying to contact us.Avoid at all cost, I am looking to put a complaint further to BVRLA and others
