Extremely disappointed with EZ Drive. We booked a car months ago for our Christmas trip, relying on the price they confirmed. A week before collection, they demanded we pay double the agreed price, citing a "high-season supplement," claiming it was an error on their part. This has left us in an impossible position during peak season with no alternatives available.To make matters worse, they have completely ignored my emails and phone calls, showing zero regard for resolving their mistake or even communicating with their customers.Avoid this unscrupulous company at all costs—completely unprofessional and unreliable.
