Good price and nice car, but running costs were high, and I was charged for fuel I didn't use. I booked a hybrid for 9 days and was informed at pickup that it required premium fuel, which I wasn't warned about. The fuel economy was not great, averaging 16 km/l, unlike a previous rental that did better. I refilled the tank before returning, yet later received a bill for 2.6 litres of fuel. This charge seems unreasonable, and customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I recommend documenting the fuel gauge and mileage upon return to avoid disputes.
