Good price and nice car, but running costs were high, and I was charged for fuel I didn't use. I booked a hybrid for 9 days and was informed at pickup that it required premium fuel, which I wasn't warned about. The fuel economy was not great, averaging 16 km/l, unlike a previous rental that did better. I refilled the tank before returning, yet later received a bill for 2.6 litres of fuel. This charge seems unreasonable, and customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I recommend documenting the fuel gauge and mileage upon return to avoid disputes.
Stay away! Due to a malfunctioning payment terminal, as confirmed by the service and my bank, they could not process our security bond, refused to provide our prepaid rental car, and marked us as a No Show, preventing us from getting a refund. We had to rent from another nearby company using the same card. This is unacceptable, especially since the manager acknowledged the issue with their machine. Their actions have left us without a refund due to the No Show mark.

This is how a car rental service should operate. The office in the city issued the vehicle quickly—unlike others that take far longer. The car was excellent, and the staff provided knowledgeable assistance. Great price. Highly recommended.
Be cautious! Read the fine print carefully as their terms are very restrictive. I booked a 30-day rental but returned the car after less than five days. They do not offer refunds for unused rental days or weeks. I paid $1,600, equating to $300 per day for a mid-size car! This restriction was hidden deep in the terms. Charging for 30 days when I used less than 5 is outrageous, and they made no effort to resolve this with a partial refund or credit for future rentals.
